I’ve spent over a decade in the beauty industry. From building a full book of clients with zero connections in a brand-new state to launching a professional lash line and training academy from scratch during COVID, my biggest lesson has been this: talent alone won't prevent your business burnout, but having the necessary systems in place will.
I created Aesthetics Lab Beauty Academy to be the strategic partner I wish I had when I opened my first studio - a place where technical skill meets real-world operational excellence.
