I’ve spent over a decade in the service and beauty industries: from starting as a spa employee to building my own successful lash studio and launching a professional lash product line from the ground up. The biggest thing I’ve learned? Being a master of your craft is only half the journey. The other half is mastering the business of your business.

Most entrepreneurs start with a passion for their work, only to find themselves overwhelmed by the day-to-day hustle. I realized early on that to grow a sustainable, high-revenue brand without burning out, you need more than just talent, you need a system.
